Capacity development
We enable organisations to plan, implement and evaluate participatory programmes and initiatives, from short-term support with project planning to longer-term interventions.
We provided remote support and mentoring to staff at Childreach Nepal to enable them to undertake a detailed situational analysis and needs assessment with key stakeholders and a subsequent project planning workshop which resulted in the development of a comprehensive project to prevent child trafficking.
For WorldVision Mongolia, we delivered a one-year capacity building programme so they could introduce a comprehensive Child to Child school health programme in several regions of the country.
Every point of engagement with Child to Child has been of great benefit to us. Child participation has become more and more embedded within our work due to learning from and being inspired by their practices. We hope to continue this positive relationship, as Child to Child expands its work and spheres of influence.
