Day 7: Farewell to #CATS14 participants, until next year!

Today was the day of good-byes. Although CATS participants leave the palace tomorrow, today has been dedicated to capturing participants’ feedback about this second edition of CATS conference and their suggestions for 2015.

Included amongst the evaluations was one carried out by participants in the Child to Child workshop, who based their feedback on interviews with other participants, workshop leaders and the conference organisers themselves.

The day finished with a special dinner for National Swiss Day: a cheese fondue! Following this, everyone headed up the mountain to watch the sunset over the mountains, gather around the celebratory bonfire and watch the fireworks light up the sky over Lake Geneva.

It was a perfect end to an incredible experience. There were so many inspiring and inspired children, young people and adults. We’ve all learned so much and have lots to share back with our communities and organisations. We look forward to hearing from you all over the next few months and to welcoming some of you back in 2015. Until then – goodbye!
